fyi - I too have a lot of back problems. I tried doctors, medicines, massage therapy, and various exercise classes. Some things would provide temporary relief but not resolve the problem. Then I found my Pilates instructor who actually started her career as a Physical Therapist. I cannot express enough, how much better I feel! Between the Pilates and the sports tape (for prevention of muscle spasms), I am almost completely pain-free for the first time in a very long time! I and others have referred others to her, and each has had the same result. Find someone who can do taping - it works wonders!
